John Allen PC is Huntsville law firm that gets results. Before launching his own firm, John worked at international and national law firms representing major corporations. He now uses the skills he learned representing large companies in high stakes litigation to help North Alabama citizens. John has handled over a thousand criminal cases and enjoys helping clients get their lives back on track.

John believes every person accused of a crime should get the best defense possible. He is the former co-chair of the Criminal Defense section of the Madison County Bar. He understands the importance of really listening to clients and believes the best results are achieved through thorough preparation.
Appeals
John has handled several criminal appeals and has secured reversals for clients at the Court of Criminal Appeals and the Alabama Supreme Court. He began his legal career clerking for a federal judge and working for some of the best law firms in the country where he learned how to thoroughly research and brief legal issues. These skills have been invaluable to his appellate practice.

We help clients obtain expungements to wipe prior charges and sometimes even convictions off their records through expungement.
